Todd Schnuck is President and Chief Operating Officer of Schnuck Markets, Inc., responsible for the company's store operations, merchandising, marketing, logistics, facilities maintenance and consumer affairs. He served 22 years as the company's Chief Financial Officer before assuming his current responsibilities.

Prior to joining Schnuck Markets, Mr. Schnuck worked in the Corporate Finance Department of A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., in St. Louis.

He received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1981 and a M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University in 1983.

Outside activities include election as a Director of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. (CBSH). Mr. Schnuck is a member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer of the United Way Board of Directors as well as a member of the Board of the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association. Mr. Schnuck is a past Chairman of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, a past President of the Board of the Foster Care Coalition of St. Louis, and a past President of the Development Board of St. Louis Children's Hospital. His involvement with the University of Virginia includes the Jefferson Scholars Foundation Board of Trustees and the Jefferson Scholars Foundation Campaign Advisory Board.
