Before sending your samples, you are required (especially for new clients/projects) to contact us about details of your sample preparation and the required analysis. This communication is important to ensure that the most efficient and cost-effective methods and strategies are employed.

• Your sample vials must be labeled clearly with your name, date and sample ID.

• After we receive your samples, they are logged in and enter the sample queue to be analyzed in the same order that they were received (exceptions: unstable samples or optimal instrument usage).
• Please allow up to 2 weeks turnaround time for your sample; however, we strive for a more rapid turnaround time if possible.
